The roots of our firm go back to the year 1927. The entrepreneur Gustav Schwarzwald founded the factory in Ortrand and expanded it steadily during the following years for the manufacture of rubber products. The years from 1972 to 1978 were of particular importance since the factory was re-structured then and especially the machine outfit for the manufacture of vulcanized rubber fabric was brought up-to-date.
After the political change in 1989, the business was privatized following a strategy that was unable to succeed in the market. For this reason, the factory was closed down in 1995 and taken over in 1996 by its current shareholders concentrating on the manufacture of convertible folding tops, vulcanized rubber fabrics and continuous rubber sheets.
From the very beginning, greatest importance was attached to developing top-quality elastomer-coated fabrics and to intensively cooperating with the customer.
Meanwhile, our company employs 100 people all of whom account for the quality of our products with their knowledge and qualification.
