Many fields of application cannot be imagined without elastomer-coated or rubber-coated fabrics anymore. In all applications where fabrics are exposed to particular chemical or physical strain, coated fabrics are applied as folding tops, for example, for noble convertibles, as durable canvas for tents and life rafts, as chemical-resistant membrane material or fabric for folding bellows in the tool-making and automotive industries.
Special recipes, cleverly thought-out manufacturing procedures and, above all, our expertise gained over the past decades are the prerequisites for tailor-made system solutions in many fields. In talks with our clients on their premises, our experts are definitely able to determine which product will best meet our customers’ demands. Should a suitable product not yet be part of the production programme, steps towards its successful development will be initiated.
Whether impregnating coating or coating with solutions of medium to higher viscosity, whether calendering or vulcanizing – the PTO machinery available in our two large halls of 8,000 m² can meet the most diverse requirements.
