The PolymerTechnik Ortrand GmbH processes all common elastomers, such as NR, SBR, NBR, CR, CSM, EPDM. Our well-equipped internal technical laboratory develops and tests recipes according to our customers’ requirements.

After the successful development and release the mixtures are calendered on four-roll calender at high precision of between 0.15 and 6 mm and networked on a rotation vulcanization plant, in a heating duct or in an autoclave – with or without skeleton braid.
